Processing of personal data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We process your data when you contact the city via the digital forms. The entry of your data is voluntary. You always have the option of submitting your data by post or in person. For more detailed information on data protection for the individual forms, please refer to the corresponding information sheets in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), which are included with the forms.
In the aforementioned forms, both mandatory and voluntary information is requested and documents are uploaded in the formats specified there. The required data are marked accordingly and will be processed for contacting you or processing your request.
The personal data collected with the form will not be passed on by the City of Paderborn to third parties without your express consent, not even to other offices that are not involved in the purpose of the form. The personal data collected with the form will be deleted if the City of Paderborn is requested to do so by you and/or legal requirements demand this.
Logging when accessing our website
Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on our website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.
